Hudson River Housing formed the Tri-Town Coalition in 2015. The Tri-Town Coalition is supported by Hudson River Housing.  The Tri-Town Coalition is a collaborative group of Amenia, Millerton, and Pine Plains residents and stakeholders actively working to advance solutions for affordable housing and inclusive economic development in the region. This grant funds a mini-grant program to support participatory local decision-making within our region to amplify existing work, while seeding new ideas and approaches that may develop from Affordable Housing Community Training.
