Rural Mental Health Initiative:  To expand case management services into northwestern CT to identify, engage and work with individuals with severe mental illness to connect them to services and employment opportunities.

Somos Salud:  To support a training program for local volunteers to become health promoters for the Spanish speaking community in northeast Dutchess County.

Community Education and Outreach Project:  To fund a program providing prevention education in the Goshen and Warren school systems about bullying/teasing, dating and domestic violence and sexual assault.

Parent-Child Interactive Therapy Train the Trainer:  To improve effectiveness of the agency’s parent training and support services.

Parent Educator Birth to 3:  To support training additional people to conduct parenting skills workshops with parents of very young children using the Parents as Teacher curriculum in collaboration with a New York based day care facility.

Healthcare4every1 Campaign:  To optimize activities promoting a policy proposal for health care reform that would provide comprehensive, quality and affordable health coverage for Connecticut residents.

Respect: Promoting Healthy Relationships in Region #1 Grades 5-8:  To fund an education program helping students understand the components of healthy & unhealthy relationships while introducing positive ways of respecting and interacting with each other.

Tick Borne Diseases: Ecology/Epidemiology to Treatment:  An educational event presented by Dr. Michael Simms for the medical, science and academic community.  

Paperwork Load and Flow Kaizen:  To increase the effectiveness and efficiency of internal operations and paperwork.

To fund FCH Pharmaceutical Assistance Fund.
