Community Action Partnership for Dutchess County, Inc.
The FCH Prescription Assistance Fund is a program that helps to pay for prescription drugs, premiums for prescription drug insurance, and/or prescription drug co-pays. This Program will allow up to $350.00 per eligible applicant per month. This Program is intended to supplement, not replace, any insurance coverage, etc. that the applicant may qualify for.
