Improving Mental Health in southeast Columbia County through School-Based Services

FCH made a grant to The Healthcare Consortium to improve the overall mental health of youth residing in the Taconic Hills Central School District through a media campaign, support for on-site mental health counseling, curriculum enhancement, and connecting with primary care providers.
