To fund the Litchfield Opiate Task Force Coordinator who develops a consumer accessible network of behavioral health resources in Litchfield County and across CT. The Network Coordinator will identify assets and gaps in services, facilitate connections in the provider community and enhance overall service systems.

Why We Funded This

Since our beginning, addressing behavioral health issues has been a cornerstone of FCH’s funding priorities. While prevention is also a focus, the rising opiate epidemic cannot be overlooked and requires rolling out strategies to impact this immediate threat to our community. This funding for a Network Coordinator marked an opportunity to further support the Litchfield County Opiate Task Force based on their prior success in achieving long and short-term objectives.
