Learning How COVID has Led to Health Systems Change

FCH was one of serveral sponsors of a four-part series presented by the Universal Health Care Foundation: "Beyond COVID: Connecting Communities, Health and Care," focusing on how COVID has led to organizations working in new ways across silos to meet people's needs. This grant was made to Universal Health Care Foundation's parent organization, CHART through FCH's donor advised fund with the Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation.
