Robert Kuhbach is currently a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of CF Industries, one of the largest manufacturers of nitrogen fertilizer in the world, based in Deerfield, Illinois. He and his wife, Sherrell Andrews, are residents of Millerton, New York, and are active in a number of charitable organizations, both in Millerton and in New York City, which involve work and support for underserved “at risk” populations. In Millerton, Rob is currently a director and Treasurer of Townscape and serves on the Advisory Board of the North East Community Center.
Mr. Kuhbach began his legal career in New York City, where he pursued corporate transactions and a wide variety of commercial and securities litigation. For most of his professional life, Mr. Kuhbach served as General Counsel for four public companies, which were primarily engaged in specialized industrial manufacturing of goods and related services on a global basis. His longest tenure was at Dover Corporation, where he was General Counsel for ten years, and Chief Financial Officer for seven years.
Mr. Kuhbach graduated from Yale University in 1969 with a B.A. in Economics, and received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1972.
